In short
- You can delete your account yourself, immediately, from Settings in the LexDeepAI app.
- It is removed from our live systems at once, and from backups within 30 days.
- It cannot be undone.
1. Delete it in the app
- Open the LexDeepAI app on your phone and sign in.
- Go to More → Settings and scroll to the bottom.
- Tap "Delete account".
- Enter your password to confirm it's you, and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out. Everything LexDeepAI kept on that phone is removed too.
2. Ask us to delete it
If you can't use the app, write to from the email address registered with LexDeepAI, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm it is you, delete the account, and confirm in writing once it's done.
3. What is deleted
| Data | What happens |
|---|---|
| Your account: name, email, phone, password, settings | Deleted immediately |
| Your sign-in history, notifications and reminders | Deleted immediately |
| Everything you added: cases, clients, dates, diary and documents, if you are alone in your chamber | Deleted immediately, with the chamber |
| Copies in our nightly backups | Overwritten within 30 days |
| Receipts for payments made to us | Kept as long as tax law requires |
4. If others share your chamber
A chamber's cases are the chamber's work. So if you are a junior or clerk in a chamber with other members, deleting your account removes your personal data, but the cases, clients, dates and documents you created stay with the chamber head — a junior leaving must never wipe the senior's practice.
If you are the chamber head and want the whole chamber's data deleted, write to us and we will do it with you.
5. Before you delete
Deletion cannot be undone. If you want to keep your cases, ask us for a full copy first — we will send it to your registered email.
